How can I check the order's status?

There are two ways to check the order:

  • By logging in and checking in your account. This is available only if you were logged in when you made the order
  • By going to the live chat and choosing Track my order.

Can I change my order after submitting it?

If you need to change an already submitted order, please reach out to us as soon as possible via the live chat or contact page. We will do out best to help. If the package was already sent, the order cannot be changed unfortunately.

How can I return an item?
